| In 2003, I created this web site
to chronicle my life and service in US Peace Corps. It's spring of 2005
and I am back in Idaho now taking up my living in the US. I will never
be the same person and of that I am glad. I learned much
besides the Russian language. I experienced a courageous
people--Ukrainians--who won real freedom in 2004. I was loved and
befriended by the most wonderful neighbors who became my Ukrainian
family--the Druhalchuks. I was blessed to serve with a group of
Americans, ages 25-71--the cleverest, most dedicated, funniest, truest
companions and friends--Group 24. I am expanding this site to share with
Group 24 and all my Ukrainian friends my experiences now that I have
returned to the US.

| Hello, family, friends and
colleagues!
My hopes are that this web site will keep you up-to-date on me, and my Peace Corps experiences. I hope, too, that you will learn about Ukraine and its people from my writings. I will include pictures from time to time to go along with my postings. After a few months I am sure that I will look much differently from the above "professional" shot. Check back often for updates to this site. I look forward to hearing from you. |
