A Garden of Granite Fantasies
|
This wonderful garden of gray and pink granite sculptures is part of the park I have pictured here only a few of the works. The carvings are sometimes religious like the ones of Christ; sometimes fanciful like the mermaids; all open to the viewers own fancies. They were created by well-known sculptor, Vitaly Rozhik who lives next to the park. I want to see this place cultivated, designed. LEAP is already working on a series of ponds behind the toadstool. Now if we could just get a John Deere to keep it mowed. |
![]() I love this grouping. This is April when the grass was dormant and the trees were bare. |
Flying dinosaurs and sea horses in the same breath! |
